Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will assist with a replacement.

To be eligible:

  • Contact our support team within 3 business days of delivery

  • Provide clear evidence (photos) of the damaged item


Lost or Stolen Packages

Originals Jerseys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements

  • At our discretion, we may assist with documentation if required
