1. Return Window

The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.

All products sold on primejerseys.shop are covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Returns requested outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted

  • In exceptional cases, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for an item purchased directly from primejerseys.shop:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at support@primejerseys.shop within your return window

  • Authorization Required: Do not send any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused

  • Return Instructions: Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions


IMPORTANT – Return Shipping Costs

While we may offer free or promotional shipping on orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit


3. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Condition: Items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage

  • Completeness: All original packaging (if applicable) must be included

  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt is required

If the item was purchased through a third-party platform or reseller, their policies will apply.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


5. Order Cancellations & Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Changes (address updates, item modifications, or cancellations) may not be possible after the order is placed

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@primejerseys.shop

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In this case, you may request a return after delivery following this policy.


6. Refused Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Refused / Return-to-Sender:
If a package is refused or returned due to delivery failure, a refund may be issued minus:

  • A 10% restocking fee

  • Any shipping or handling costs incurred

Incorrect Address:
PrimeJerseys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders lost due to incorrect address entry are not eligible for refund or replacement
